At DermaNest, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Items returned after the 7-day return period

Refund Policy

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as DermaNest is not responsible for lost return shipments.
